Excitement abounds for this weekend's 'The Paper Machete'

I'm thrilled that tomorrow I'll be performing at The Paper Machete, which I think is one of Chicago's finest live performance/reading series. If you've never been, it's a lively, entertaining, thought-provoking live-magazine style show with the added bonus that it takes place in a bar. We all know that 3 pm is the new happy hour. I'm even more pleased to say that tomorrow's show will also feature two of my very favorite ladies in Chicago comedy, stand-up Cameron Esposito and Schadenfreude's Kate James. Details below:

The Paper Machete: 3 PM at the Horseshoe (4115 N. Lincoln. FREE!)

Madame Barker's Cabaret (Molly Brennan and John Fournier)
Art and Nancy Brennan (Occupy activists)
Chad the Bird
Cameron Esposito (Stand-up Comedienne)
Kate James and Steve Waltien (The Second City)
Claire Zulkey (Blogger/Funny Ha Ha)
Music by Baby Teeth

As a bonus, below please enjoy videos my husband, Steve Delahoyde, has made with each of these ladies. The Kate James video has a tiny NSFW moment at the end of it in the form of a bad word.

Editor's Note: Besides hosting talented individuals like Claire, The Paper Machete podcasts on WBEZ here.
