On October 11 Steve Delahoyde and I celebrate five years of marriage (which was preceded by five years of dating.) We did a lot during that time:

We first met in late 2002, and celebrated by looking at a tombstone:

But things lightened up significantly after that. We ate gourmet meals:

And danced:

And did the ceremonial kissing of the turkey:

We then won the World Series:

We got engaged, which for some reason made us shy:

Probably we were just nervous about buying a house:

But eventually decided it was time to party! (Maybe):

So we got hitched:

We honeymooned but forgot our sunscreen:

Then we...did this:

We partied when a guy from our home town got elected President:

We acquired a dog (and a Christmas tree):

We toured the finest walls the world has to offer:

We made a person:

Who we bathed exactly two times:

Before doing this:

And we kept him alive for 365 days (and counting!)

Sometimes all this action is quite tiring:

But not for long, because I know with Steve, something fun and cool is right around the corner.
