Okay, okay, okay. So I may have seriously curtailed my reality tv watching (with the exceptions, always of Idol and Top Model) but Vh1, are you trying to kill me? Are you trying to suck my free time away? Is it possible to assemble a more rock-star cast of semi-wanna-bes and has-beens? No, I don't think so.

The cast living in the Hollywood mansion this season includes: Omarosa; Jose Canseco; model and former party girl Janice Dickinson; Bronson Pinchot (cousin Larry). Also included are: Sandi "Pepa" Denton of Salt-N-Pepa, British model Caprice and freestyle motocross champ Carey Hart.

So let's do some predicting. Pretty much everyone in the second sentence will fall by the wayside and possibly leave the house early. The second group is probably going to be the group woken up early due to partying or loud music, the group most afflicted by snoring and drunken hijinks.

Bronson Pinchot, I predict, though, will be the Unexpectedly Cute Nice Guy of the season. See: Dave Coulier, Christopher Knight. He'll probably be the one I most cringe to see on the show and feel bad about when the camera catches him being upset or doing something bad. If he swears, I'll be weirdly ashamed.

Janice, Omarosa and Jose, though, it might be too much. Janice and Jose will hook up. Jose will get Janice hooked on the juice. Janice and Omarosa will scratch each others' eyes out. Janice will swim naked. Omarosa will be judgmental. Jose will get hit on the head with a baseball and look scarily plastic and thick-necked.

There is a lot of potential here and I for one am looking forward to it. Without seeing it, I give The Surreal Life Season 5 two big thumbs up! Go to it, you washed up nobodies!
