I was at a work conference yesterday, which involved a lot of tiny people standing in front of a gigantic screen featuring their impressive Powerpoint presentations. In between sessions, a work-related talk amongst coworkers quickly deteriorated into a discussion about boots: which boots we have, which boots we wished we had, which boots have let us down, and so on. I said, "We should do a presentation about boots." My friends concurred, and said that at the end of such a presentation, there wouldn't be enough time to take all the questions that would inevitably follow a boot presentation. I couldn't get such a great idea for a presentation out of my head, so here it is. A Powerpoint presentation about boots.
