A beautiful bedtime memory with my three year old

James' favorite bedtime song for the last four months has been "Jingle Bells." Sometimes I like to change it up and sing something different, like the song deemed to be his song, "I Can See Clearly Now" by Jonny Nash ("Sweet Baby James," lyrics are too hard to remember.)

The other night I decided to sing my song, and began with the first verse, which we all know:

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright, bright bright
Sunshiny day.

So, give this a hard pause at no later than :046 and imagine someone yelling the following--

James: YOU DID THAT ALREADY.
I WANT JINGLE BELLS.

Sleep tight, you precious little angel!
